Mélange Café closes Cherry Hill Location to Concentrate on Haddonfield Restaurant Growth
HADDONFIELD, NJ — After 15 years, Joe Brown executive chef and owner of Mélange Café in Cherry Hill and Mélange @ Haddonfield is closing the Cherry Hill location. Brown, who has divided his time between the two properties, has decided to put all his efforts into the Mélange @ Haddonfield.
“Haddonfield is a larger, newer location with more parking and outdoor seating,” explains Brown. “Running both restaurants was an interesting challenge but I feel my customers will be best served with me being in the kitchen full time in one location. I am so grateful for the support I have received over the last 15 years in Cherry Hill and hope those customers will join me – just 10 minutes down the road – in Haddonfield.”
Mélange @ Haddonfield is located at 18 Tanner Street in Haddonfield, New Jersey. The 90-seat dining room offers private dining as well as outdoor café seating for 40. Mélange @ Haddonfield’s décor is warm and inviting with original artwork by local artist Paul Gordon.
In addition to Chef Brown’s signature Louisiana and southern-inspired selections, Mélange @ Haddonfield offers exciting additions such as a small plate menu and a weekend New Orleans Jazz Brunch and tapas on the patio.
